Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • An exchange for another product

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you choose an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.

  • Perfume Chick reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We carefully inspect every order before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If confirmed, Perfume Chick will gladly cover the shipping costs to make it right.
